The Tale of St. Patrick’s Day!
Posted on July 30th, 2009 No commentsAh yes, nothing like celebrating a March holiday in the fall.
James and I have finally done it. We’ve completed a cartoon. This is something we’ve talked about for four or five years now. And we finally got together and made it happen.
So, go watch The Tale of St. Patrick’s Day. However, it is in a competition, so starting September 1st we need you to go back and vote for it. Well, that is, if you like it!

Long time, no update. Let’s fix that.
Posted on July 26th, 2009 No commentsHello internet. I’m sorry for the lack of updates over the last few months. We had some monkey wrenches thrown into the mix. However, all is not lost.
We are currently wrapping up production on a short film for a contest. I expect it to be done in the next few days, and posted here once it’s set.
From there, we can go back to Episode 1 and finish that since it’s around halfway done. From there, we might change up a few things to try and get content out faster. More details once James and I discuss how things will proceed.
Thanks for stopping by after 2 months of inactivity on my part. I hope to not let it happen again.

5/12 Update
Posted on May 12th, 2009 No commentsI think our eyes were bigger than our stomach. This cartoon in size is a little big for a first project being done by just James and myself. I still want it done since we’ve put in a good amount of work so far. It’s been a good learning process for sure. However, we’re thinking of scaling back future episodes to shorter run times to keep us moving. Maybe do some multi-part short episodes instead of one long episode.

5/3 Update
Posted on May 3rd, 2009 No commentsWell, it took a long time, but I think aside from any minor tweaks James sees, Scene 5 is now done. It clocked in just over two and a half minutes long. So, where does that leave us in completetion?

Progress and Out-takes
Posted on April 23rd, 2009 No commentsSo, progress. It’s coming along. Currently working on Scene 5, which is the longest one I’ve done so far. Might even be longest in the cartoon. Taking it in chunks though and thats helping it be more manageable. Once this scene is done we should be about 1/3rd of the way through the animation phase!
As a special treat here is Scott Heinowski (the voice of Takt) raw and uncut yelling things we ended up not using. It’s work safe!

April 8th update!
Posted on April 8th, 2009 No commentsIt’s been awhile, eh internet?
Well, I’m back from vacation and hitting the, uh, mouse buttons with renewed fever. While on vacation I was able to hang out with James, talk a little shop, and throw up in his apartment. What does this mean? Well episode one is underway and episode two is under discussion. We don’t want to get ahead of ourselves, but a script is at least started and an idea has been formed.
As for episode one’s current status, I’ve almost completed another scene, but am waiting on some assets before I can call it finished. James is going to start mixing audio for the next scene to do and I’m hoping to get that underway tomorrow. It’s a slow process, butI’m pleased with what’s coming out.
Till next time!
